Nothing much going on here

Bullshit
It was just another day at work, nothing big.
I did have a talk with my young new manager. The guy stresses himself out and gets defensive when being spoke to calmly by me. He makes mountains out of mole hills sometimes. Well, where he transferred from he was use to being yelled at and not being talked to, so he doesn’t know how to handle it when we talk to him. He has been putting too much push on himself because, has he tells it, our faith in him scares him. He is afraid of failing.
I’m hoping that our talked helped. He is a good guy, funny as hell, has good ideas and I see the potential in him and I know the other office didn’t help since they are fucked up. I know our loud personalities sometimes clash, so it makes for an interesting interaction sometimes. I feel that his personality sometimes over whelms mine, but my former boss is like no way. She says the only personality out of everyone at our office that could over run my is hers………..and that is partly because she was boss……..lol
We got our lights today……..damn! They are huge! But they are so cool. They should really help out with shots.
I know I had more, but the brain is refusing to give it up.
