Time let you know what I’ve been up to.

I was working Thursday night when Torn called and to let me know that our friends got delayed in Atlanta by an hour  So we figured that if I got off in time that I could go up with him to pick them up.  So I was psyched…………then as the night went on, there was no way.  I had to call Torn and told him that he needed to go without me.  =(  I was so pissed, any other night it would’ve been no big deal.  But I hadn’t seen them in years and wanted to spend as much time with them as possible.

When they got here, we ended up staying up really late playing catch up.  Which lead to sleeping in later then planned, but it was all good.  =)  We took them to a local place for some food and headed to the beach just to do some Floridian things……..grin  Then it was time to get ready for the game.

It was so great to be with fans of football and it was even better to be with Purdue fans.  We haven’t been to a game in years.  It was so great to see all the black and gold.  When we had ordered the tickets we had just picked best seat available.  Didn’t discovered until after we ordered them that we ended up in the ACC section!!  We were afraid we would be surrounded totally by the Terps………instead we were surrounded by Purdue fans!!!

As time went on we discovered that they were all ticketmaster purchasers like us, who picked best seats available.  Well, Purdue was decided on 2 weeks before Maryland so all the Purdue fans took up the section that was meant for them………..grin  It was great.

We loved it!  We were with people that knew Purdue history and football!  Who knew the traditions of our game, the band and the fight song.  It was seventh heaven.  It was the only thing that we missed from Indiana that wasn’t family.

Unfortunately, we lost.  =(  But it was still fun.

And we also had a great visit with our friends!  My girl made me feel like a proud mom, when she told me that she learned how to handle things when she worked for me.  That it has helped her in her work.   =)

I can’t wait to go to their wedding and see one of my other girls!!

I had to work today, very early…….on 5 hours of sleep……so I feel a little loopy right now.  I just want to stay up long enough to meet the new year.  Thankfully I have tomorrow off.  So I can finally get my private messages and emails done.

But what I’m really looking forward to my 1st weekend off since Oct 1st! Which will be next weekend.   Not only do I have that weekend off, but I have 2 personal days that I have to use.  I have a total of 5 days off together!

I’m so looking forward to it.  We have the championship game the on 8th to watch (I even did my nails in Ohio State colors for it……grin).  I’m also going to schedule my spa time, but 1st I need to find out what games are playing when so I can do it around them.

Once I get some sleep and not so loopy, I can remember all the things I want to get done.  =)

Alright, I have been a busy bee.

When I got home yesterday, we head out to best buy to get the camcorder. If you read Torn’s post, they didn’t have and it ended up being a wasted trip.

When we got home, I attacked the Xmas tree. It took me about 3 & half hours to put it up and together, just over 2 hours to tear it down and out it away. Got the living sweep up from all the tree stuff, changed the litters, started laundry, cleaned up the spare room and cleaned up my corner of the office.

I also got a hold of my friend, who is coming down with her fiancee for the Purdue game and we want to see them. So instead of them staying Orlando tonight, Torn is going to pick them up from the airport and they are going to spend the night. Tomorrow we will take them to the zoo & beach around here, because at this time of the year Orlando is just so over priced, filled with tourist and we really don’t know it that well.

Afterwards, we will take them to their hotel for check in and then head to the game. Our seats aren’t together but we enjoy it all before we get seated. I’m so hyped for this. I haven’t seen her since we moved. She use to work for me in Indiana, before our company went down. She got her degree from Purdue & her Masters from IU. So I’m proud of her.

They are getting married in April and I’ve already requested it off. =) I’m so upset that I missed my other girl’s wedding, that I’m sure in hell not missing this one. Plus, the other girl will be there………grin

So before I forget, if you see anyone on cams, they are nonporn friends. We may put the shade down in the living room, depending how comfortable they are. So any cams that will be off, will be for our friends.

Also, I won’t be able to get to any emails or private messages until Sunday night/Monday. With having company, the game, and then working this weekend there is no way I’ll be able to get to any of it.

Yes, yes…………I’m 33 years young……grin

Dad called me when I was on the way to work.  Singing happy birthday to himself, like he always does, while I tell him that it isn’t his b-day, it’s mine………..grin

Torn was a sweetie and got me a gift card to the spa I love, because he knows if he gave me the money I would probably spend it on a bill………grin  He made us up some of those omaha steaks we have and also got me one of those tasty banana cheese cakes from the CheeseCake Factory……with some candles and all.  It may not have had 33 of them, but it looked like it was on fire!

My boss at work made me a chocolate cake from scratch.  It was great.  I told everyone that they have to help me eat it, there is just no way for me to eat it all.    She also let me go home a little early, so that was cool.  =)

So we spent the evening chilling and working on converting our music for my Ipod.  I also got some pictures uploaded on it, like Torn’s basic and one of dad in ‘Nam.  They looked great on it.  I figured on my next day off after the holidays that we will use the gift card that mom & dad sent for an evening out.  And I’ll use my spa certificate on my personal days.

Well, I do have to work tomorrow morning, so I need to get my ass on to bed.  =)

I hope everyone is having a great holiday.  It is about 78, humid and windy as heck.  I guess we have storms moving in.

Torn and I are enjoying our day together.  We started it last night with getting out of the office and watching “Ice Age : The Melt Down” & “Pirates of the Caribbean” .  We’ve had them for awhile, but haven’t found time to watch them. It was nice to watch them and enjoy our tree.

This morning we opened our presents while taking turns to take pics of each unwrapping our gifts.  I got Torn an Xbox 360 with 3 games, a laser pointer to terrorize the cats with,  season 2 & 3 of Scrubs and a Blue Brothers key chain with quotes from the movie.  I knew Torn knew about the Xbox & games, but I did surprise him about Scrubs and the laser pointer………grin   I’m proud of that.  =)  What is even funnier, is that Torn almost got Scubs for me!  LMAO……..classic

Torn got me a new stereo for the truck where can hook up an mp3 player, flash drive or the new Ipod that he got me….grin  He got me the 5th generation Ipod with 80GB.  When he suggested to about a year ago about getting me one, I was like ok, no big deal but as time went on with the little ditty we have, I really started to want one.  So I’m happy as hell…….now I need to figure out how to use it……….grin  Hell, I didn’t realize how much I wanted one until Xmas got closer.  He also got me a bright blue Peyton Manning  jersey!!  He had a hard time deciding between Manning & Drew Brees, but I told him he can get me Drew next year…..I won’t complain….grin

Torn also got me some new toys that I can use during shows……a new glass dildo and a new rabbit.  Now I need to find time clean out and toss out all my old toys that I don’t use any more.

If I get the chance, I’ll see about posting some of the pictures.  =)

I already called my family and chatted with mom  Dad will probably call later. I can’t wait for mom to send me the pictures of present unwrapping.

I love that song.  But it isn’t going to happen here.  It is currently 79degrees and partly cloudy.  It has been a beautiful week weather wise, but we are suppose to have rain moving in tonight and tomorrow.  =(  I can tolerate not having a white christmas if it wasn’t raining……..oh well, I hope to have some snow next year if not in Portland, at least I can drive to it.  =)

I’ve just been working and counting down the days until I get to open my presents from Torn……..grin  It is driving me crazy.  Of course, it is getting harder to not tell him what I got him and he hasn’t even asked.  I can’t wait to give him his presents.  I just hope my folks takes lots of pictures of everyone opening their presents, I love seeing people being surprised with gifts.  =)

Alright, let me catch you up on what has been going on with my blog.The techs at our hosting company have been great on helping me take care of my blogs. They have it were I can now post in one location and it will show up on my LJ, I can put up user pics so much more easier and now have my customized mood icons.

Right now, they are trying to get rss feeds to show up on another page, type thing. I’m not sure how to describe it but it would be similar to my LJ friends page. So all the blogs I would like to keep up with will be in one click away.

I’m so excited about what they have done with it………..grin Once that is done, I’ll see if our designer is available to give my blogs a different look. It is time……I’m tired of looking at same thing……lol

Now, I just have to find time to do all the changes to the options and learn it all……lol

I also need to upload a few more video clips to rude and find the holiday pic I want to post on here. =) I believe Torn has edited them, but I never know where he puts them on the server…………lol I’ll figure it out.

I did discover that I had one more personal day then I thought I did……..grin So I have 2 of them that I need to take before Jan. 31^st……..I’m so looking forward to those extra days.

I did finally answered all the interview questions for hotwifeblog.com That one took me a bit of time.

Drum roll please……….the hairy pussy has been shaved……….grin We did some video and pictures of my shaving it. For those who don’t know, we like variety. Sometimes I’ll have a landing strip, a triangle, bald or just let it get hairy as hell. Well, we let it go for about 3 months and it was hairy………grin So it was time for it to go. It will be in the updates in the next week or so………grin

Torn has been busy with the editing and trying to plan out our move to Portland, OR We have a map on the wall and pins in the areas we are thinking about stopping in. I don’t know how he does it.

Tomorrow, I’ll try to get a few more options done on my blogs. We’ll see……
