With this set, Torn and I had spent all day torturing each other. I was so ready for getting fucked with the real thing, but he had other ideas. So I had to take care of myself.

Hey everyone!

Our new Logitech 5000s came in and wow! What a difference does it make on the color and clarity. The new cameras are in the bedroom, living room and office. We put one of the 4000s in the bathroom and that is a hell of an improvement.

Torn is working on setting up a house of his own on rude.com so you can get a couple of more angles of the office. That will be with the 4000s.

I know it as been a while since a true update on what has been going on. Well after Torn left I ended up working a lot of hours until I posted that I was still alive.

I had planned on using my 2 days off to write some posts, make some videos and do some work. But by Monday, while at work I hit the brick wall. I was so tired and then turn around the holidays were around the corner and I was missing my family and Torn wasn’t home. So I ended up in a funk. =(

I did call and wish my dad a happy birthday on the 21st. I miss pestering him.

I spent my days off reading and hoping that Torn would actually get some time to call and chat. He was so extremely busy that we didn’t get that until Wednesday night. =( I finally got out of my funk just before I chatted with him Wednesday when I called my best friend and vented. So between him and her it helped.

I know if it wasn’t for the holidays, I wouldn’t have had such a hard time. But I’ve always had good memories with my family during the holidays and then not having Torn, it really bothered me. If he had the trip in March area, I would’ve just found things that needed to be worked on.

I picked Torn up from the airport Saturday. He got in an hour earlier then we expected so I didn’t have all my make up on and almost missed his call! Icks! I got over there ASAP and he was waiting. We had fun on the way home and barely keep our clothes on getting though the door. It was a great way to start the house cams back up on the new system………..grin

Unfortunately I had to head to work for the evening. Today was our 1st day off together since he left. I had made sure I got his birthday off………grin

I gave him his presents this morning. I had gotten him a new dvd player, new Oakley’s & a strawberry ice cream cake. =)

We went and saw the new James Bond. We were impressed with it. It had the harder edge that it has been missing and didn’t depend on all the gadgets (even though we missed Q).

Torn wanted to try a local Japanese Steakhouse. It was good. =) I even tried some hot sake. When we got home we hit the desks and did some work.

Right now we are chilling out and watching the Packers play @ the Seahawks. Monday Night Football hasn’t been the same since it switched networks. The commentary sucks. =(

All in all it has been a good day. =)

We were are so happy with this new system on rude.com that we went and ordered 3 more cameras. One to replace the shower cam, since I’m never happy with that picture quality. And the other 2 for when rude.com increases the amount cams we can have at once.

Now, yes 2 of our cam feeds have “disappeared”. That is because we were in such a hurry to get the house cams up our tech accidentally deleted them. Our tech guy will be home in the next few days and he’ll get that fixed. =) He is great for that.

Okay, the new system. It was developed by our friends, Brett, Sammy & Robb. It is rude.com

It is very new; in fact our house is the beta house and the 1st house behind Sammy’s. So there will be bugs and things to tweek. Any issues you have, there are support links through the site, so drop them a line. They want to know, because they want to make it the best system for you.

Once I get more experience with the new system, I hope to be having more chats and appearances on there. So keep an eye out. =)

Just shouting out a happy birthday to my love!

Yes, I’m still alive. I’ve been working so much and back-to-back shifts that I haven’t had time for much else. In fact, I told Torn that it was a good thing that he wasn’t home, we would barely seeing each other in the pasting. =(

Torn is doing ok. He had a miserable first day but it has gotten better and extremely busy since. Other then a few drama queens that need to grow up, he has been enjoying the experience.

Alright, the main reason why I was posting was just let everyone know that I haven’t forgotten you. I have the Tuesday & Wednesday off, so I will get to everyone’s messages then. I’m sorry that it has taken so long. It bothers me when I see things pile up and I haven’t been able to respond to. =( But never fail, I will get to them. =)

Time for work. =)

I dropped Torn off at the airport around 4:30am. It is weird; Torn has been working from the house for the last 4yrs so it is strange not to have him in the office.

Since I was up I stopped by wally world (I love it when there is barely anyone in there). Picked up a few closet drawer organizers and a few other things.

I have laundry in, all the stuff from our closet pulled out and in the living room for when the sun goes down, got emails done, did some running around and mailed off our final truck payment!!! Hooray! I love that. =) I called and talked to my sister and I’m about ready to call my other sister.

It is about 77 and sunny out, while Torn is in the cold (he wasn’t too happy about that). I’ve been sitting out on the patio getting work done while I have some music blasting. I got the cats high on their cat nip since I know that they will be missing Torn. =) They love cuddling with him.

I have to work tomorrow, don’t feel like it. =( Just want to try and get other things done around the house.

Time to work on some dinner.

This is our last full day together until the 25th. I take Torn to the airport around 4:30am tomorrow. =( So that means, all emails and such won’t be taken care of until tomorrow afternoon.

It is going to be weird. This will only be our 4th separation that is more then a weekend in our 13yrs together. The only good thing about it is that with having time apart, we will appreciate our time together more when he gets back.

Unfortunately, I work his first 2 days back, but I have the 27th off! And that is the day I want. It is Torn’s b-day on the 27th so I want to spend that day with him. =)
