Today felt like a complete waste. I got up, gave myself a day off from exercising & got ready to go to the dentist. On the way to the dentist, Torn called me & said we had a house showing at 4:30-5:30.

I hope everyone had a good Monday I know I had a great day today, even though it started out rough.

I went out to my folks today. They had a birthday party for my oldest niece (turns 8). There were a few more kids there then at my nephew’s last week, but spring break is over. My ears are still ringing from all the noise from them. lol

Yesterday was storming….so we stayed inside. I was able to go tanning & then worked out.

We have the treadmill & universal in the garage, so I had left the door from the kitchen open so I can try to hear the kids. At least it gave them something else to do & it help the time to past on that treadmill. =)

They spent the rest of the day watching movies, playing, & drawing, while I worked on laundry, changing the sheets from their bed & dishes. Dang, they go thru a lot off dishes, I did 2 loads in the dishwasher & had it half full by the end of the night.

I guess this came in my head since we had the kids & last week an old friend of mine called. Rose had wrote her & asked about the baby & never got a response. So I’m very surprise to hear from her. I don’t know if “life” just got in the way (happens to me all the time) & overwhelmed her or she is finally realizing what it takes to raise a kid. She had always minimize what Rose did raising 5 kids & stated that taking care of all her pets was the same amount of responsibility. Rose & I were like you are crazy (that is why Torn & I have cats, not kids).

I guess I’m just trying to decide if I should call her or not………I don’t know……

Evening,

The day was not what I had hoped it to be. It rained all day……and we had wanted to do outside actives. It is suppose to rain tomorrow, but I’m hoping they are wrong in my favor.
